Purpose
Acoustic separation between the west zone (VO Live + Control Room) and the east zone (Video/Podcast).
HVAC routing — the ONLY permitted duct routing path between zones. All silencer runs route through the buffer spine.
Access — the Control Room is entered by its own external door D5 (south perimeter, STC 50); no door penetrates the buffer spine. The east zone is entered directly from outside via D1 (south, STC 50).
This is not just a corridor wall — it is the core of the isolation strategy between the two most critical zones.

Main trunk B (1000mm/25dB) splits at a wye fitting into B1 (Control) and B2 (a capped stub — the former Editing branch is sealed at the trunk). The runs are shown separately — B1 and B2 are never collapsed into a single entry.

Door Access
No door penetrates the buffer spine. The Control Room is entered by its own external door D5 (south perimeter, STC 50). The spine is a NEW BUILD (BOQ W-07 — the site is an empty shell, nothing existed here): double-leaf, independent frames, head sealed to slab, STC 55 class. It carries HVAC routing and acoustic separation only; the ONLY other penetrations are the sleeved SN-03 snake/conduit crossings (SNK-2 + DT-02) — oversized steel sleeves, OFFSET through both leaves, RWA45-packed, sealed both faces.
