Phase 2 — Wall Framing

  • ☐ No direct metal-to-metal contact through assembly

Phase 3 — Gypsum and Green Glue

Phase 4 — Penetration Sealing [HP]

Phase 5 — Float Floor [HP]

  • ☐ Backing rod installed in gap

Phase 6 — Ceiling

  • ☐ Video/Podcast MEP boxed into perimeter bulkhead (HVAC service hatch) — 340 cm clear kept over open floor

  • ☐ Video/Podcast multi-colour curtain backdrop track hung from the structural slab on neoprene isolation hangers (NOT the slab), 40 cm off wall; curtains + floor-sweep fitted
  • ☐ Video/Podcast isolated Unistrut lighting grid on independent hangers (NOT on the decoupled ceiling)
  • ☐ Video/Podcast in-shot area rug (≈6 m²) laid
  • ☐ Observation window OW-1 tilted 5° verified
