Cable Routing Plan
Simplified floor plan overlay showing cable routes, conduit sizes, and acoustic wall penetration points. All penetrations into acoustic walls must be sealed after cable pull and remain coordinated with the penetration details page [AC].

VO Live signal routes are kept in the buffer spine or dedicated conduits. Video/Podcast records locally (camera / recorder) AND ties to Control by audio: the SNK-2 16×4 stagebox with a 16ch multicore to the Control 48-pt patchbay (S3 BOQ SN-02/SN-04), routed under the float floor in EMT and crossing the spine only via the sleeved SN-03 kits. Power and data stay above ceiling before dropping to outlets.
Route Schedule
Conduit + Cable Count| Route | Path | Cable / conduit |
|---|---|---|
| SB-01 to Control rack | VO Live north wall → W6 conduit → buffer spine → rack | 50 mm EMT / 24-pair orange snake / penetration at W6 [AC] |
| Video/Podcast AFB1 / AFB2 | Floor boxes → short local run → portable recorder / camera position | Orange local XLR |
| SNK-2 stagebox → Control patchbay (SN-02) | Video/Podcast wall-mount 16×4 stagebox → under float floor in EMT → OFFSET sleeves through BOTH spine leaves (SN-03) → Control 48-pt patchbay (SN-04) | 16ch multicore ~15m / stub-ups cast with the rafts [AC] |
| SNK-1 VO ↔ Control (SN-01) | VO Live wall plate → sleeved W6 crossing (SN-03) → Control patchbay | 8ch XLR loom (Sommer/Klotz) + Neutrik plates [AC] |
| Portable field recorder | On set within Video/Podcast | Zoom F6 or MixPre-6 — room can also record fully locally |
| Sub-panel to outlets | Above ceiling → drops to room outlets | Red power / IG circuits labeled separately |
| Patch panel to data points | Rack patch panel → above ceiling → wall plates | Blue Cat6A |
| TALLY-01 | Above ceiling → Control desk | Yellow 4-core control cable |
S3 BOQ Issue 1: Video/Podcast keeps its local recording workflow AND has a fixed AUDIO tie to Control — the SNK-2 stagebox multicore (SN-02) plus the SNK-1 VO↔Control loom (SN-01), every channel landing on the Control 48-pt patchbay (SN-04). All spine/partition crossings use the sealed SN-03 penetration kits; all runs are NEW (empty shell, S3-SITE-TRUTH §1).
