Build sequence

1 Bass traps in the corners

Stand the 150mm floor-to-ceiling corner traps in all four corners first (they control the low end). VO 4 · Control 4 · Studio 4 · Editing 2.

2 First-reflection panels

Place 50mm RWA45 panels at the first-reflection points (mirror method from the listening/mic position). Editing's 4 panels are [AC] — required.

3 QRD diffuser — rear wall

Mount the QRD diffusers on the rear wall of Control + Studio (4 total) at/behind the listening axis.

4 Ceiling clouds

Hang the ceiling clouds over the mix/mic position (Control + Studio).

5 Acoustic curtain (VO)

Hang the manual acoustic curtain on VO Live's north wall — closed = RT60 0.20s (VO mode), open = 0.27s (singing).

Golden rule: Treat corners (bass traps) BEFORE wall panels — the low end is where small rooms fail. Editing's panels are acoustically critical: RT60 fails without them.
